Check this out: Click HereAnd the existing technology developed in conjunction with Goodyear and the Walt Disney
Company that has been in service at Disney theme parks and Houston Intercontinental Airport

3. With all of the focus of the American people on the holidays, job cuts, etc., there are some changes happening
that may be missed, the first of which is that the U. S. Dollar is taking a beating overseas because of concerns
of Bush Policies, a potential for war, and trade deficits. The Euro now requires $1.02, where it required
$.90 a year ago:
Click HereAdditionally, gold has hit a 5-year high as of December 18th when it reached $350.60 an ounce:

4. Fact for Year, 2002 in review: 2nd warmest year on record in USA!, The 10 warmest years have occurred since
1987, 9 of them since 1990. Records have been kept since 1880. Editor's note: one cannot deny global warming
any longer:

5. A company that most people have never heard of became the 3rd largest US bankruptcy in history on
December 17th. Conesco is the nation's 7th largest insurance provider. Why is this being reported here you
may ask? I mentioned earlier this year that when insurance companies start to fall, lookout, signs of trouble
are at hand in the economy. This company had so many defaulted loans from lower to middle income clients that could no longer pay, that the debt load crushed this firm:

| Update for Week of December 18th, 2002
|
1. A refrigerator chilled by sound waves may soon be making its way to your kitchen: Click Here.
2. The day is at hand when the time clock is about "history" and biometric scans of the eyes or fingerprints are the new methods of
"punching in". These devices have raised privacy concerns, yet are moving ahead in huge installation numbers: Click HereAnd the same is true for getting through airport security screenings: Click Here.
3. There is a fuel-cell kit available for young adults on the market. If one can be made this small, certainly one
could be made automobile size, too: Click Here.
4. Christopher Reeve's has been studied by doctors and scientists and they have released a report that his brain
function is near-normal in detecting feeling & movement, should his spinal cord ever be repaired: Click Here.
5. A "tornado in a can" has been developed using torsion field and vortex technology to assist farmers. This is quite
inventive and unique: Click Here.
6. A report released last month suggests a potential link between flavanol-rich chocolate and improved blood vessel function.
The Mars Company, makers of M & M's, has a process to keep flavinoids intact in making its chocolate products from
flavanol rich cocoa: Click Here.
7. Stanford University has reignited the debate over both cloning and the use of stem cells with the announcement that the
school intends to experiment with cell nuclear transfer technology, an effort widely considered to be cloning: Click Here.
8. Australian Star Stuff Super Food is offering a $30 discount when purchasing the 3-bottle special through RSE: Click Here.
9. Please note that the next four items here involve revelations that have been
made public this week about "eyebrow raising" issues in this administration.
My "tongue-in-cheek" comments are not anti-government, they are anti-
subversion and anti-corruption of truth. From Roosevelt to Johnson to
Nixon to Clinton. Don't you think these guys would have learned by now that we want
and can handle the truth?
.
10. What would you say about a man:
A. that pleaded guilty to withholding information from Congress about money from the sales of arms
to Iran and diverting these funds to aid the contra rebels in Nicaragua during the Reagan Administration?
B. was later pardoned by President George H. W. Bush, Reagan's V. P. during Iran Contra?
C. that has now been appointed by President George Bush as the Senior director for near East and North
African Affairs at the National Security Council? Remember the name Elliott Abrams?
And, he is not the only one. How about John Poindexter, President Reagan's National Security Advisor who was convicted
in 1990 of five felony counts, including making false statements to Congress? All 5 convictions were later overturned
and he now serves this administration as the Director of the Information Office at the Pentagon's research agency,
"doublespeak" for "Spin Doctor" for military development. Do not take my word for this! Will wonders never cease?
Here is the front page story from The New York Times (you must sign-up at this site and log-in, a very simple procedure):
11. Oh, and while we're on the aforementioned subject, did you see CBS's "60 Minutes" on Sunday, December 8th?
The lead story was about the "spin doctoring" that went on in the administration of Bush 41 and now with Bush 43
misinforming the public with incorrect information in its efforts to justify a war with Saddam Hussein. Richard Perle, the chairman of the Defense Policy Board, was interviewed about this issue. The Defense Policy Board is a group influencing foreign policy and according to The Chicago Tribune,
"A once-obscure Pentagon board is playing an influential role in pushing the Bush administration toward an invasion of Iraq,
generating support for military action as members seek to transform a controversial idea into a central pillar of U.S. foreign policy",
Here is the information posted on CBS: Click HereAnd the home site of the Defense Policy Board with its Charter, Members (this is a list you just gotta see) and current role in U. S. policy: Click HereSpeaking of truth, one story that has emerged is that by mid-January, the USA will have enough troops and material to launch and invasion
of Iraq, as there has been a "ramping up" there that has largely gone unannounced: Click Here.
2. Further to the current administration in Washington, D. C., a federal judge has thrown out a lawsuit which attempted to win release
of the details of who Vice President Dick Cheney's energy task force met with as it crafted President Bush's energy blueprint. The suit
was filed by the Comptroller General of the General Accounting Office, who is the investigative arm of Congress, the Legislative
Branch, attempting to raise separation-of- power issues by the Executive Branch's energy task force. The Courts, the Judicial Branch,
has historically not stepped in to resolve disputes between the branches of government. One thing that was released is that Enron was
heavily involved in this task force and its executives were George W. Bush's biggest campaign contributors over the years. The Constitution calls these Branches a "checks & balances system". Seems like the Judicial Branch stepped in here to stop the Legislative Branch from digging deeper into the truth of activities from the Executive branch: Click Here.
13. In my Update of December 4th, I mentioned that Henry Kissinger had been tapped by The White House to head up the commission
investigating 9/11. He has stepped down as of Friday, December 13th, as he was under fire for his secrecy of private-sector clients, that would
pose conflicts of interest. His "number two" George Mitchell also stepped down for the same reason. HUMMM: Click Here.

| Update for Week of December 11th, 2002
|
There is so much "HOT" news, that I am not holding this to the weekend, when I regularly send out the Update.
1. Remember the cell-phone issues listed here last year. Now a new study has been released
by the Harvard Center for Risk Analysis has confirmed that as cell phone usage while driving has
steadily increased, so have car crashes caused by drivers with cell phones. Ask the cell phone caller calling you
if they are driving and if so, if they would be willing to pull over to the shoulder to speak with you. And tell them why: Click Here.
2. Speaking of distractions and brain function, a new study has been released showing the violent
video games have some effect on the brains of young children and adults. Ed. note: I am glad
science is starting to get data collected on this issue: Click Here.
3. U. S. postal workers will be offered potassium iodide pills to protect against thyroid cancer in the event
of a radiological emergency, according to an announcement this week. The postal service wants to err on the side
of caution in saying it was buying 1.6 million pills. What do they know that they have not told the public? HUM: Click Here.
4. Speaking of the U. S. Postal Service, here is a story that they have reached agreement with another company to
charge people for an electronic first class email stamp called "e-postmark" to use with Microsoft Outlook. The
government has been attempting to charge people for e-mail use for years. Look out on this one: Click Here.
5. The British government tried to cover up one of its country's most famous sightings of an unidentified flying object, a parliamentary watchdog ruled this week. The "Rendlesham Files" were published on the internet for the first time last week
and contain eyewitness accounts by U. S. Air Force officers at a military base close to Rendlesham Forest in eastern England,
who saw a brilliantly lit object land in the forest in December, 1980. This has been compared to the USA's Roswell Incident: Click Hereand the files: Click Here.
6. Australia's senators have done something ours have not---voted to allow stem cell research on surplus
IVF (in-vitro-fertilization) embryos. Ed. note: this is a "no-brainer" as these embryos would be destroyed if not used to do
research to heal hearts, kidneys, lungs, et.al. This from the Sydney Morning Herald: Click Here.
7. Astronomers have discovered the first object ever that is in a companion orbit to Earth. It will technically
become the 2nd satellite to Earth in 2600 AD and was previously in 550 AD: Click Here.
8. We watched a video this last week about The White Tornado, one of the fiercest storms to hit in the USA on May
3, 1999 in the Oklahoma City area. The film is titled "World Almanac Video Guide to Extreme Weather-Tornadoes"
and can be checked-out at the Yelm Timberland Library. Here is the weather service's site for this storm: Click Here.
9. One of our greatest assets here in the local area is the talent of our small, locally owned businesses. I am going to be listing
some of them here from time to time, so we remember to support them, instead of always going to the huge, corporate beasts from other parts.
To that end, Yelm.com has a fabulous list of local businesses that have signed up to make their products or services known at the touch of your keypad: Click Here.
10. The RSE events schedule for Yelm for the first 6 months of the year is now posted. Looks to me like the arena is going to
be occupied alot next year. WOW!: Click HereAdditionally, the knowledge from our school is being shown in video teachings on an aggressive schedule all around the world for current students and Beginners in 2003. Check it out!: Click Herebe sure to scroll down..
11. There is a new Fireside chat out just out from RSE. This one is titled "Gandalf's Battle on the Bridge in the Mines of Moria-
The True Story of a Master" and is taken from a teaching given in February, 1998. These booklets are designed for students of
Ramtha's School of Enlightenment as a continuing learning tool, however, are available to everyone interested and familiar with
Ramtha's teachings. This is the last Fireside booklet to be released in 2002 (ed. note: and very timely with the coming release
of J. R. R.Tolkien's 2nd "LORD of the RINGS" Movie installment). This Fireside is also available on CD. Order your today at: Click Herethen scroll to the bottom..

| Update for Week of December 4th, 2002
|
1. U. S. seismologists are watching a swarm (about 100 just this week) of small earthquakes
that are happening around the Calaveras Fault near the town of San Ramon, California, 25 miles
east of the San Francisco Peninsula. Officials have said that although swarms, clusters of small quakes,
are usually not a cause for interest, this swarm is of major concern because it actually touches the huge
Calaveras Fault, which caused a major Bay Area quake in 1984. I lived in San Francisco when this fault produced
a 6.1 quake. That was big enough!: Click HereHere is the information from the US Geological Survey: Click Here.
2. Henry Kissinger has been tapped to head the blue ribbon commission investestigation into the World Trade Center and other 9/11 attacks.
Why should this appointment provoke cynicism? First off, the Bush Administration has been resisting any such commission for over a year, so
now, they can say they are "on board" with a man like Kissinger. The former Secretary of State and Nobel Prize winner is known by the
Secret War in Cambodia and authorizing wiretaps on his own staff as Richard Nixon's National Security Adviser. Yup, we'll hear some "goodies"
outta this commission, ala the trajectory of the single bullet from the Warren Commission investigation into President Kennedy's assassination.
This quote from Walter Shapiro's column in the 29th Nov. USA TODAY says it all- "the facts lead to the conclusion that the White House not only acceded reluctantly to the commission but also handpicked a chairman who knows how to keep secrets.": Click Hereand, the complete text of Walter Shapiro's column: Click Here.
3. In a follow-up to a recent story reported here, the following is the preliminary draft of the Washington State Mercury Chemical Action Plan
and an area for public comment: Click HereReported here recently is mercury's affects on the brain. Published reports this week in the New England Journal of Medicine show it may also
affect the heart: Click HereAnd the New England Journal of Medicine's reports: Click Hereand Click Here.
4. The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) is the central research and development arm of the U. S. Dept.
of Defense, with Donald Rumsfeld as the Defense Secretary. As mentioned here last week, the Pentagon has been assigned the task of
collating every electronic piece of data on every citizen, for the purposes of "security". You just gotta see this agency's Information
Awareness Office (IAO) site on its mission. Be sure to read its "Vision". And, please, please note its logo. BIG HUMMM: Click Here.
5. William Baumgartner gave a series of lectures in Yelm about 2 years ago about different aspects occurring in nature. He has a newsletter
and on line information that gives an understanding about vortex mechanics that you may find of interest: Click Here.
6. I mentioned here recently about c-reactive protein (crp) measurements being better than cholesterol in predicting heart disease risk.
Now, reports have been issued on studies done showing that diseased or plaque loaded gums in the mouth pump high levels of
harmful bacterial components in the bloodstream. This from the Journal of Periodontology: Click Hereand what one dental office is doing to bring about better awareness in the heart-gum associations: Click Here.
7. On the day before Thanksgiving, the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD), the military
arm responsible for defending North American air space, scrambled U S Air Force jets to investigate a mysterious
vapor trail reported by commercial airline pilots, moving from the Turk & Caicos Islands to Florida and
Indiana. This story was a buried, one-paragraph in the USA TODAY on Friday 11/29, so we have to get the full
report from CNN in Europe, where the story was originally filed: Click HereThought originally to be an unauthorized jet, no radar contact was made and the investigation continues,
according to the San Francisco Chronicle: Click HereHow about anti-gravity ships with visual and radar invisibility? Check out this book on the RSE website: Click Here.
8. I am very pleased to report that 2 Puget Sound based companies have joined forces to promote products for better
health for their customers. Alaska Airlines is now using Vitamilk Dairy products on all of their flights out of Seattle. Vitamilk
is a locally owned dairy processor that is the very first in the Pacific Northwest to qualify for the "Free Farmed Label":
Read all about the Free Farmed Label issued by the American Humane Assn.: Click Hereand their home page: Click Hereand Vitamilk winning this award and their commitment: Click Hereand Alaska Airlines award winning site: Click Here.
9. Franz Kafka's THE CASTLE is now playing in Seattle thru December 15th at the Center House Theatre of the Seattle Center. Performances are Thursday through Saturday at 8p.m. and Sundays at 3p.m.. This
show is directed by Rainier's own Avriel Hillman.
The show site is: Click Heretickets can be ordered online at: Click HereAdditionally, The Drew Harvey Theatre in Yelm is showing HARVEY Friday, Decemeber 6th through
Sunday, December 29th and is a great Christmas outing. The showtimes are Friday & Saturday at 8p.m.
and Sundays at 3p.m. Tickets are $10 for adults, $8 for seniors & students and $5 for children.
Best of all, this cast & crew is talent from our local community.
For information, call the theatre at 360-458-8487.
10. For those of you that are current students of Ramtha's School of Enlightenment, I would like to bring your attention
to the fact that the school has scheduled a video replay of the Thanksgiving Manifestation Weekend the first weekend of
2003, for a cost of just $200 or $100 for repeaters. This was definitely the highlight teaching for the whole school of the year,
in my view and the best recap of everything taught in 2002. I strongly encourage everyone who did not go to the original to
attend this one. Sign up today at: Click Here.
